Our Lobby is open from 8am until 9pm. Please let us know if you plan on checking in after 9pm so we can coordinate accordingly.

Please note that the property does not have an elevator to balcony level rooms.

Please ask our helpful staff about charges for additional guests and pet charges. We do offer dog-friendly lodging, but please adhere to our pet policy, and remember that pets are allowed only in certain patio level rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

Matterhorn Inn Rooms – 48-hour cancellation policy:

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations after the 48-hour cancellation period are subject to one night’s room rate and applicable tax.

The Matterhorn Villa Collection – 5-day cancellation policy:

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel your reservation at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations after the 5-day cancellation period are subject to one night’s room rate and applicable tax.
