Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Reception desk is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

By booking, you authorize the Matterhorn Inn to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Matterhorn Inn Rooms – 48-hour cancellation policy

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations after the 48-hour cancellation period are subject to one night’s room rate and applicable tax.

The Matterhorn Villa Collection – 5-day cancellation policy:

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel your reservation at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations after the 5-day cancellation period are subject to one night’s room rate and applicable tax.

Please call us at 800-372-8207 at least two days before your scheduled arrival to make any cancellations or changes to your reservation.

We love dogs, but in order to continue providing the best dog friendly accommodations in Sedona, we need to keep our dog friendly rooms in perfect shape! Please take a look at our Dog Policy, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Dogs are allowed only in designated dog friendly rooms, and all dogs must be declared upon reservation and upon arrival.

Guests bringing dogs will be charged a Dog Fee of $29 USD plus tax per dog, per night.

Dogs are never to be left unattended at anytime, anywhere on the premises. If dogs are left unattended and are disturbing other guests, measures will be taken to remove the dog from the property at the owner’s expense.

Anything left behind by the pet must be disposed of promptly in the proper receptacle; plastic bags are available at the front desk and dog relief area.

The Matterhorn Collection and Owl’s Nest Suite are NOT dog friendly. Please do not book our Collection/Suites nor non-pet friendly rooms if you plan on bringing your dog(s). Failure to declare a dog renders a $250 cleaning fee for Matterhorn rooms and a $500 deep cleaning fee suites and homes in our Matterhorn Collection.
